Hi, my name's Leeandy and I was reading your blog - I have very possible microadenoma on my Pituitary gland causing slightly elevated TSH and elevated Prolactin.
My doctor wants an MRI but I cannot handle the Gadolinium contrast, and I would prefer to avoid all injections altogether because I am also going through benzodiazepine withdrawal and my system is extremely sensitive to anything I put in it. I went from eating boxed macaron and cheese to having to make the damn stuff from scratch.
What are your views on the MRI with and without contrast? Is it possible to locate my tumor without the contrast? Is there ANYTHING I can do other than bloodwork to locate the adenoma on my pituitary?
Thanks, if you can send me a message, my email is finallyy@gmail.com
