Grand Rounds Volume 6, Number 4 -- Call for Submissions

I will be hosting Grand Rounds next week for the first time. The theme is "Participatory Medicine". If you need ideas, the "parameters for participatory medicine" are an interesting read.

Please send your best posts to me at survivethejourney@gmail.com by midnight EDT, Sunday, October 11 with "Grand Rounds" in the subject line. It will help if you include the following:

    Word length? The original Grand Rounds post 6 years ago suggested 400-1000 words; is that still right?

    (The idea as I understand it is that visitors will have lots of posts to browse so a "manifesto" will face a bigger hurdle than usual. But, you tell me - I've never done this!)

    The idea is to have a post that people want to read! Since I only post a link and a blurb about each one, that's up to the individual who submits and posts on his/her own site.
